Located at 3443 SW 24th St.
This is a hidden gem in Gainesville. It's located off of SW 35th, which has three bus routes and is a 15 minute bus ride to campus. I first took notice of it because each apartment has blue french doors that lead out to a balcony or patio. It's a series of 20 apartments all contained within one building and is leased by an off site company. No amenities, but no worries about being bothered by the office either. We looked at a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment which costs $800.
The Pros:
Lots of light
Great location
MAGNIFICENT kitchen. Huge. Flat-top stoves, new dishwasher, duel door fridge, granite counter tops.

lots of light from natural light/overhead lights
washer and dryer (stacked)
2 bathrooms
huge double closets with mirror doors
linen closets in each bathroom
medicine cabinets
Pet friendly, with a $150 cat deposit, no month rent.
The Cons:
No pantry
No set dining area
the Bedrooms were smallish, because they're longer than wider.
$800 security deposit, $60 application fee
