There was very little I liked about this apartment. They're charging too much, its too far away and when we walked into it is smelled heavily of smoke and dog. It was gross. The apartment was small, the appliances were old and the washer/dryer isn't guaranteed. For a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom we would be paying 700+ So lets begin:
The pros:
Fenced in back yard (some)
Pet friendly, with a $100 pet fee and $25 a month, no discounts for adoption
The cons:
small space
shared living/dining area
old appliances
The air conditioning unit was small and shook the door that housed it
bad location
One bathroom
There was nothing I liked about this apartment. We will not be living here next year.
