In the legacy of Tim Tebow we looked into Camelot apartments. It was pretty awesome with a lot of things we didn't expect, but it also lacked some crucial elements. We looked at a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that would run us around $812. The rent included basic cable, water and sewage prices. The price was a little high for what we were looking for but there was a lot of awesome things about this apartment.
The Pros:
HUGE balcony/porch
gas grill with provided gas
huge rooms with huge closets and lots of storage
separate dining area
large kitchen
dishwasher, garbage disposal
semi-new appliances
pet friendly, and the woman who showed us the apartment said we could keep a cat for free
Deep pool
Great location
Fancy shower heads
bathrooms with separate sinks/ toilets
The Cons:
No washer or Dryer in the apartment
older building
dark, not very well lit
a fake fireplace in the living room
slightly expensive
I liked Camelot a lot, but it lacked features we deemed indispensable and I'm not sure if that's worth the stuff we found nice but don't really need. It seems a little pricey for all the things we're not getting.
