Hunters Run

Located at 2600 S.W. Williston Road

This place was really expensive and lacked an important element: in unit washer and dryers.
At $923 for a downstairs two bedroom and $953 for an upstairs bedroom, we decided it was out of our price range. The fact they didn't have a washer and dryer in the unit didn't help, and neither did the fact that their appliances were from the 70s. No lie, the stove IN THE MODEL ( what does that say about the rest of the complex?) was avocado green with a wooden handle. Location wise, it only had one bus route (the 9) and wasn't too far away, but it was further than we're living now. So that counts against it too. The showers were super tiny and the apartment itself was kinda dark.

Things that were going for the unit:
It was pet friendly, though they wanted a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, and they didn't give discounts for adoption.
The upstairs units had fireplaces. Awesome. I'll use that like 3 times.
They had lots of storage and large closets
A super nice screened in porch
A nice weight room
A pool and hot tub
A breakfast nook

All the nice things combined though don't make up for the fact that we'd have to haul our laundry across the street, so I think I can safely say we wont be staying at Hunter Run.
