Let me explain. We are two early twenty somethings looks for a place to live together next year. We currently live in a very complexy apartment with two other roommates and we're looking to down size. We may or may not be living with my friend Bryan, but that's all dependent on his acceptance to grad school. For now, let me say that we're looking for an apartment for with two bedrooms in Gainesville. Here are the things we're looking for:
close to UF campus, or has a regular bus route to UF campus
Pet friendly
washer and dryer in unit
lots of light
within the price range of $300-$450 per person
Things We'd like (but don't need):
balcony
porch/backyard
energy efficient appliances
fitness center
pool
large closets
all inclusive (i.e. cable,internet, utilities included in rent)
separate leases
Dishwasher
Disposal
Ceiling fans
A bathroom accessible to guests
